  Fantastic service and really nice people. They got two of my suits altered in a short time frame, done perfectly and for a fair price. Cant recommend enough

  I have been going to American Dry Cleaners since we moved to Verona in 2012. Jimmy and his staff are amazing, always friendly to me and other customers, it shows that they really care about providing great service.
  
  The reason that I am writing the review now is because of a mistake that they made on my wife's dress, where the pleats were completely ironed out by mistake, and just before Easter Sunday. When I told them about this, I was assured that Jimmy would take care of the situation and do whatever was necessary to fix it. When we talked the next day, he explained the situation and said that he would do his best but could not promise that it would be fixed, but that he would make it right.
  
  Long story short: fortunately, the dress was re-pleated, and my wife was ecstatic and was able to wear it for our Easter Sunday dinner. Jimmy and his team made an already repeat customer into a client that will always brag about their service, and who will recommend them to anyone who is looking for a dry cleaner. Thank you!

  Customer service is outstanding. The owner is really nice. Took my husbands suits and they came back very nice. Price is reasonable too. Will definitely go back. Having a parking lot is a plus!

  I could not recommend American Dry Cleaning enough! Aside from the staff being extremely polite and accommodating, they show genuine appreciation for our business. This week I picked up my clothes and left a piece behind by mistake, American Dry Cleaning delivered the item to my home without me contacting them; that is impeccable customer service!

  I love American Dry Cleaners! I live directly across the street so I walk things over to them all the time. I've gotten several dresses, jumpers, and even costumes altered there throughout the years. They always do an amazing job. But at the height of the pandemic, I had a micro-wedding. I had them press and clean everything - from the table runners to the groomsmen attire. Everything came out so great and they turned everything around so quickly for us! And for our macro-wedding that just passed, they did everything for us for the rehearsal dinner and even pressed my wedding gown for me because it had been in my closet waiting to be worn for over a year. They were amazing on both of my big days wouldn't go anywhere else to get my items done if I can help it!
