  I can't say enough good things about our experience with VMJ Espinoza Contracting. Victor is an attentive, honest, and organized professional. He and his crew worked hard to make everything exactly how we wanted. The quality of their work was top notch. The crew showed up every morning at 8 AM sharp, and left every day at 4:30 PM. There were no unwanted surprises and Victor handled any challenges that arose in the course of a two-month+ process calmly, collaboratively, and transparently. We are looking forward to working with VMJ again for any future projects in our home.

  We reached out to Victor on recommendation of our relator and we couldn't be happier after! Victor and his team gave our new home a much needed facelift re-doing our hardwood floors, painting throughout, putting in custom cabinetry in our kitchen, backsplash, mudroom/laundry room and much more! Victor was very transparent about the price up-front and stuck to that price and to that point was very very reasonable for the high quality work him and his team did. One of the best aspects of Victor is his responsiveness and flexibility. Anytime of the day if we had a question Victor responded and he added in a bunch of our requests on top of what the team was already doing and stayed in the timeline as well. Victor was outstanding and we can't wait to have him and the team back for more work to our old, now updated home :)

  I have hired VMJ for multiple projects over the past 6 years - custom kitchen remodel, bathroom remodel, basement finishing, built in cabinets, floor staining and installation, door installation, and custom tile floors. The quality of their work is always excellent! An accurate timeline is provided and they actually finish on time, for real. The whole team is very detail oriented and they do an excellent job cleaning up everyday. Victor takes pride in hiring earnest, high quality professionals for his team who are kindhearted. My kids love when Victor and his team are here! Their high quality work and professional demeanor is unique - VMJ is not your average contractor!

  Victor's team was absolutely wonderful to work with. From the start he treated this project as a priority and made sure I was updated every step of the way. He answered every call, every text, and made sure to ease any concerns I had along the way. The craftsman ship and attention to detail was incredible, and his team left the site clean every day. I've recommended him to countless friends and family and highly recommend VMJ.

  VMJ performed a whole house remediation and renovation after a pipe busted in our wall and destroyed our house from top to bottom. Victor responded timely to our calls, took time to answer our questions, and his prices were reasonable. There were a number of COVID caused supply delays, but these were always communicated to us and the delays rarely slowed his team down since they would just work on something else. His team was always on time and polite. They also left their work area spotless at the end of every day. Their attention to detail and creativity has given us a house that we never thought we would have. VMJ worked with us for over a year because of the size of our project and we never had a problem. I highly recommend VMJ!
