Great company! The crew at SMJ Homes came early and their service was excellent! They have very high quality service with an outstanding staff who will answer all of your questions for you clearly so that there's nothing left unanswered or uncertain about after getting done talking things through together at length during one visit from these guys - which I'm really glad happened since it confirmed quite literally every single concern ive had thus far regarding our new home purchase.

We had a fantastic experience with SMJ Homes, from the first minute we called them and left an inquiry email. They responded quickly to all of my questions which helped me lock in our date for inspection! The inspector was very thorough; their expertise made me feel like no other company can compare (and they haven't). We will definitely use their services again should anything arise or if friends need inspections done as well!!

They were there for me every step along the way! We had our old hardwood floors refinished last week and we're thrilled with the results! They look like brand new wood, which is just what we wanted. I called them on Thursday afternoon--they were at my doorstep by Friday morning sanding away at all that junky carpet so it could be pulled up or taken out (depending). The quick response time really impressed me; thank you SMJ Homes for being efficient in removing those ugly strips along baseboards too :)

When I first walked into SMJ Homes, the owner, Joe, was sitting down with his head stuck between some spreadsheets. He looked up and saw me approaching so he got up from behind that shining wood-frame desk before inviting me over for a cup of coffee here. We talked about how much better our old floors have been performing lately thanks to them being done by such good craftsmen; you can really see where each stroke went when cleaning or guarding against future accidents which is probably why this company offers low prices too!
