(January 20, 2023, 11:46 am)I am so glad I have discovered Vitality Yoga for myself. It is a wellcoming studio with lots of positive energy. Maggie, the owner, is a very knowledgeable teacher and a wonderful human being.
I took advantage of the unlimited yoga for $69. Regular practice has done wonders for my body and soul. It helped me build strength and emotional endurance. I am here to stay!❤ -

(January 17, 2023, 9:08 am)I did not understand what Vitality Yoga meant when they said 5 days a week of yoga will change your life. It's not that I did not believe it. It's that I did not understand it until I tried it. Vitality Yoga, Maggie and all of her amazing teachers, have built a yoga studio that is inviting, rigorous, always changing/evolving, and challenging or restorative- depending on the class you have chosen. Regardless of the class you choose, the studio is ALWAYS warm, welcoming and inviting. The sense of community and personal growth you walk away from Vitality Yoga with is not only life changing, it is life affirming. They are amazing. If they had 6 stars they would get it. Can't wait to see you on the mat.

(January 6, 2023, 11:19 am)This is a welcoming, warm, enjoyable studio for beginners to advanced yogis. I have been going to Vitality several times a week for years and have only grown more impressed by Maggie's knowledge and talents as a teacher. The studio offers several excellent teachers whose mix of styles at varying times of day means there's always a class I want to attend when I want one, and many of them are available virtually, too. And the studio is quite welcoming to drop-ins and new yogis. In short: a great place to practice and a wonderful yoga community!

(December 15, 2020, 7:06 am)Such a wonderful feel in this studio, with very knowledgeable teachers. Maggie is a gem. She has a natural ability (due to her sincere love for yoga) to help spark more interest in her students to delve into the vast world of yoga. With a strong focus on energy, and the way yoga can help to cleanse stagnant energy and heal the body, this studio has classes that are suitable for beginners to seasoned yogis. I felt very safe in this studio as it goes above to abide by the current covid standards, and also has all classes available online, too.
