  The Living Seed has been my second home for 19 years. It’s a warm environment with a dedicated community of teachers. I love the wood floors and sun-bathed studio space along with uniquely shaped rooms which make the place visually interesting. And there’s a sauna + shower ~ which are amazing! There are various health practitioners who have their practices here including myself. I feel so grateful to be a part of this dynamic and longstanding community!

  The Living Seed is a wonderful yoga studio with a warm and welcoming atmosphere and great knowledgeable teachers! I've taken many different classes there over the years and enjoyed them all. Can only recommend this studio!

  If you like floating on a cloud yet feeling strong and empowered all day … Take Renee’ s class.
  I love that it is all Levels .. Renee is so good with new students .. yet advanced practitioners will also benefit so much from Naam Yoga ! Join us !

  I've been going to the Living Seed off and on for about 15 years. I always feel welcome by the staff! The place is a wonderful sanctuary in the heart of New Paltz. Clean, large and airy rooms to practice. Currently, I am in Carissa's Hanna Somatic class. It's very different and unique, offering a education on body/skeletal mechanics. Can't say enough words about this class! After a recent injury and 2 years not regularly exercising, I found this class to be a great way to trust my body again, correct some core alignment issues (that were causing chronic injuries/pain etc). It is movement from the inside out which leaves one feeling more connected to the body and grounded. Also love Renee's Naam Kundalini class---talk about good energy. She is sweet, kind and has the most beautiful singing voice. This class is so uplifting- light, gentle flowing! Both classes, it's like you get a healing in every class.
