I work as a Behavior Analyst for VBS. The operations side is run smoothly, and the clinical side is creative and practical. The owners are great to work for, and I feel supported in every way. Rate of pay is slightly low compared to competitors, but ease of working with the owners makes it worthwhile.
My experience with Vital Behaviors has been a fond one. Their staff is prompt and punctual, and their work ethic is tireless. Vital Behaviors have been dedicated to my twin girls, who require a lot of attention and care. Everyone at Vital has been attentive to my families needs and our interactions have been informative and cordial. We highly recommend!
This organization does their best when providing services to others with needs. Working for them for over 3 years, I have gained knowledge and skills that will carry with me through my life. Nicole and Jay really do care for others and always are there.
I know quite a few families who have children in need of these services and they are so happy to work with this company and these professionals who become part of their family. It is so heart warming to see the progress and growth that my friends' children have made just due to the dedication and care of the staff at Vital Behavior Services.
