  maintenance team is awesome! special shout out to Ray and John for always giving their best! everytime we had an issue they were there as soon as they can. been here for 5 years and so far service remain the same… keep up the good work!

  Just moved back from California ani was hoping to have all my destination plans set prior to my move. I was very much interested in Pine Hills an after several conversations with Alex the Villas seemed like the right fit. Alex kept me informed thru the approval process an even after hitting a small snag we were able to navigate seamlessly to aquire the apartment
  I was well informed, an walked thru the paperwork process very quickly.
  When I arrived on Long Island my apartment was all ready to go.
  Thanks Alex for your assistance an professionalism you made what I felt my be a drawn out process very easy an stress free. For anyone looking to attain residence in this complex definitely give Alex a call

  Five stars for Heatherwood maintenance at Villas at Pine Hills. Ray and Tommy came within a half hour of my call and were in and out after fixing our leak in our kitchen so quickly!! They are always so courteous and helpful!
