(June 13, 2023, 9:41 am)I went into the leasing office looking for a potential move in date of July. I met with Dana who was extremely helpful. She showed me the units I was interested in and then explained the process. When she brought up the specials that were being offered, I decided not to wait until July. Daja answered all my questions and from start to finish I was moved in super quick! I’ve only been moved in a few days but have had no issues or complaints so far. I haven’t explored the complex much yet, but unit is great and the grounds look very well kept

(June 9, 2023, 1:22 pm)I’ve had such an amazing experience. My leasing consultant Yvonne made this process easy. I walked in with no appointment (even though appointments are prioritized) and while being short staffed she took it upon herself to still see me and show me options. I explained that I was in need of a place with no stairs because my daughter was disabled. She took me over and the rest is history. She had great energy and made the process seamless. 1 week later and I already have a signed lease with a move in date.

(June 2, 2023, 11:29 pm)So far my experience here at pine hills south has been very positive. Tennis courts soccer field and playground are all in great condition. I have not been to pool as of yet but looks as though there have been many upgrades and renovations to the community.
Mario helped me find a newly renovated apt in a quiet tree lined corner of the property , and was efficient and pleasant helping me along the way. He was great. Followed up to make sure all was well.
