This place has been one of the actual best. They put my bulldog down this year. He was 10. They gave me comfort and a really cool paw print i now have tattooed on me. Also were there when my new rescue dog ate underwear!!! yes the team as well i had a good laugh here and Starla was ok. Then i had back to back surgery this year and my cat also had to have emergency surgery 2 days after i came home. This place took amazing care of salem and he is recovering awesome.!!!! This is one of the toughest reviews I had ever had write.
My best friend Bentley got very sick from one day to another. Bought him in to V.E.G after doing tests it was determined that it was time to say our good byes. Although, it was very tough for my family and my children to say our good byes to our 4 legged friend.
The staff and vets were very supportive and understanding from start to finish. We were overwhelmed with their gentleness and kindness they provided during the hardest moment which was saying good bye to our good boy Bentley. There level of professionalism and understanding was beyond extraordinary. Thank you for the support you provided to Bentley and to my family. Thank you!!
I had to visit VEG with my 17 year old dog. When I arrived they had a whole team ready to treat my baby girl. They allowed me to be with her during the entire process. The entire staff is amazing! Professional, kind and caring. Dr. Crimson, Rob and Chris were so attentive and treated Daisy like she was their own. You can tell they truly love animals!
I was at the emergency vet hospital on Wednesday night with my cat Emily who had swallowed a transparent craft thread and they did bloodwork and X-rays on her. The vet also suggest an ultrasound but the technician who does it wasn’t coming in till the next morning. She suggested she could do it but wasn’t trained to see very detailed ultrasound but she would give it a try. I was able to be there while they did the ultra sound and the Dr first check Emily’s mouth to see if she could possibly see the string from her mouth and she did! She was also able to see it on the ultrasound as well and at that point it was official that an emergency surgery was needed. Everyone on staff was very kind and wonderful! I kept asking questions to vet techs and the Dr and they were all very helpful and understanding that I was very worried. The bill was high as it would be for any emergency but they had two ways for me to make payments and I was able to pay for the procedure Emily desperately needed. The receptionist was wonderful at explaining how these payment programs work and what to expect when I would apply for these payment plans. I was also able to visit Emily the next day. They left me alone with her in a room and told me I could stay with her as long as I want. I called a few times to check up on her too and the receptionist and Dr were very good at following up with me with details of her recovery. I can’t say enough about the staff that work there. They all work very hard with such grace and are very knowledgeable. I appreciate all the work they did to save my kitty Emily and I can’t say enough about how kind and nice they were to me! Thank You!!!
Our Australian shepherd had an allergic reaction to her rabies booster vaccine on New Year’s Eve. After symptoms progressed over the day, we ended up at VEG just as the clock struck 12. I couldn’t be more grateful for their kindness, optimism and attentiveness. All of the staff and doctors made a high stress and scary experience, calm and reassuring. I am so grateful for this place and all the wonderful staff who helped us, at midnight on New Years during a rise in covid, and somehow they made everything okay and kept our girl safe! Forever grateful!
