My visit was so very pleasant that I would encourage anyone needing assistance to go directly there. Thank you -

He knows his stuff inside and out ans clearly enjoys helping customers fix any issues they have. I feel so lucky to have met him and Verizon is so lucky and smart to have such a wonderful person working on their behalf!
