Janelle walked me through everything and helped upgrade my phone with me. Everything moved over! I was so excited. She was so patient and friendly with me, I highly recommend her!

Alise was friendly, extremely helpful, and was able to process purchases in under 10 minutes. Highly recommend this location. Most definitely ask for Alise, I’m sure she can answer any questions and guide in right direction.

(June 6, 2023, 4:12 pm)I love this Verizon store! The associates are so helpful! I just returned from the store. My son’s phone wasn’t turning on and they went above and beyond to fix the issue. They spent way longer than they needed to in order to make sure the issue was resolved when they could have just said “call Apple.” Bad customer service is a pet-peeve of mine so when I encounter great customer service like this, I am a customer for life. I wish I would have gotten both ladies names to shout them out personally. Nicole is amazing as well. She has helped me upgrade my phones twice now. Great job to all the ladies that work here. Give them all a raise! ☺️

To upgrade my iPhone to the 14 and Nicole helped me through the whole process of ordering the color I wanted to adding on the Apple Watch SE as part of the bundle. She was very friendly, patient and answered all my questions while doing the whole transfer to both new devices. She made sure I got all the accessories I’d need without being pushy. I appreciated the help and the great customer service.
