I recently bought a pedal here, and received very helpful and friendly assistance from Chad, the clerk behind the counter, in finding a fantastic fuzz to meet my needs.

The price was excellent and in perfect condition and it arrived internationally (UK) faster than our own internal postal service would have got to me (48 hours). Definitely truly excellent service. Not only did he guide me to an amp that will suit me greatly, he went the extra step to help me set up the computer connection to the Boss Tone Studio. He was patient, pleasant and got the job done for me. I would recommend for any musician needing great services from great people to check out his store. It is a really cool environment to experience and he's a cool guy !!!

(September 4, 2022, 2:36 pm)After being away from reel-to-reel recording for some time, I decided to get back into it for several reasons. Having recently purchased a well cared for vintage Pioneer RTR tape deck, I needed some fresh tape for it. After shopping around for best price on RTM brand reel tape, I found where Sound Parcel had it in stock for just under $35/reel + shipping. That price was less than several other sellers, so I ordered some tape very late on 8/29/22, requested shipping via Priority Mail for $10.95, and received an order confirmation shortly after that. A confirmation I received 12 hours later on 8/30 told me my order was shipping that same day, and the order was delivered two days later on 9/01. The tape was well packed and delivered undamaged. Price and service were both very good but, paying $10.95 to ship less than 2 lbs. via Priority Mail from PA to NY for 2-day delivery is ridiculous. I expect to be purchasing more reel tape at some point, but I may go back and take another look at the other sellers again for a better value now that I know what I get for a premium shipping cost. Other than that, no complaints.
