  Well first of all, Jake Is amazing! The girl that works with him (I forget her name) is pretty & super awesome..absolutely loved her!! The shop is super dope looking. Not loud or packed. They make you feel homely which is great because I'm not a people person. He went above and beyond for what I wanted...he was very honest and upfront about what I wanted but I let him do his thing & it came out phenomenal. He listens & is really patient with my annoying questions over & over and takes his time & doesn't rush. I looked at so many people's work in Western Ma & hands down, his work stuck out the most! Not trying to brag but I needed him desperately for my piece & he was their with the quickness!!! Super thankful & appreciative for it. He's definitely someone I'll continue to go back to no doubt about that. Just look at his work, IM TELLING YOU ..DO NOT SLEEP ON THIS GUY...HE'S THE BEST & I STAND ON THAT 100% can't say it enough ...thank you so much !!!

  Great studio. I got my first and second tattoo done by Kaleo. He is a great artist and his work shows it. He brings a great energy to the tattoo session and really helped me feel comfortable! As soon as I finished my first session with Kaleo I instantly booked another.

  This shop is absolutely amazing! Everyone is so nice and welcoming and very talented! My first tattoo there was with kaleo he’s so chill and of course very talented! Hes now my go to neo trad artist I’m so excited for my next tattoo with him! Definitely go swing by the shop and meet everyone! 10/10

  I’d highly recommend getting a tattoo here. Kaleo took care of me, we met first to discuss the idea of my tattoo as it would be a cover up for an old one that was a hard job to cover. We spent about a month discussing ideas, and when the appointment came along he showed me his idea which was something was beyond what I expected and was awesome. His co workers were also giving suggestions and the environment was cooperative and a good vibe. He’s a very respectful artist and a good person to work with and the experience was great. I’m looking forward to my follow up appointment and would recommend Vellum to anyone looking for quality work with good people!

  Jake did a great job with my tattoo. He listened to my concerns, gave me advice to manage the pain, provided numbing cream to help, and he was extremely personal. I love how he customized my tattoo. His artwork came out better than desired and he showed great patience with my jerky movements throughout the tattoo session. I would recommend this place to anyone who is interested in getting a tattoo.
