  At our business office, I had an issue with a door not opening and closing properly. I reached out and Betty was able to have someone scheduled immediately. Jay the technician was on time, identified the issue and resolved it quickly. A week later I had a separate lock issue, decided to call them to inquire about a solution, Brian got on the phone and was able to troubleshoot the electrical issue over the phone. So far so good. In both instances, I received Excellent Customer Service. Locally owned & Great group of people to work with! Highly recommend.

  On time arrival of technician was just the beginning of this perfect process. Made an appointment specifically with Rich who was recommended for his skill & knowledge of older locks & door handles. He was a gem. Rich knew exactly how to repair the old split spindle doorknob on the mortise lockset without having to replace the beautiful pitcher handle on the outside of the door. Fast & friendly service was affordable. I highly recommend Van's.

  Needed two keys cut for a replacement car key with remote. I already purchased two blank keys with remote. Went to some other place and they gave every excuse why they couldn't be cut. They're made out of steel, they wouldn't work, blah blah blah. Tried to sell me a key for $85 with no remote on it for my car. How am i supposed to turn the alarm on and off.
