  This is the best chiropractor office I have ever been too! My back pain has improved tremendously! The staff is top notch!! The customer service is the best I’ve ever had!!! I’m so thankful for all them and all their efforts to help me get better!!!

  Last summer, my back pain got to the point where I even needed help getting in & out of bed, barely could drive myself anywhere, and had near constant pain throughout my body. This was a result of extensive travel, grueling rehearsals and poor sleeping conditions for a duration of 8 weeks while performing in a musical in the midwest. I had never been to a chiropractor before and called around a bunch of offices with no response. Dr. Barnard was the only chiropractor who actually returned my call and left me a voicemail saying that they did in fact accept my insurance. From my first visit and assessment, I could tell that I was finally getting the help I needed to start my recovery. Dr. Barnard came up with a treatment plan for me and I can confidently say that within the first few weeks of Physical Therapy and adjustments, I could already feel a huge change. Throughout my journey, the team has been so supportive, professional, patient and thorough with their care and attention. Dr. Barnard never makes you feel rushed or uncomfortable, answers all your questions, and makes sure you understand the how & why of everything he does and recommends. Dr. Telez has also been a wonderful addition to the team recently, as well as the massage therapists. Connie and Ruth honestly feel like friends at this point! They have created such a warm & welcoming environment and you can tell they care about every patient. I am now at my 8 month mark and the improvements have been tremendous. I still experience pain in certain parts of my back/neck/hips, but now it comes and goes depending on the workload I have in a given week (I work several jobs). I feel my back getting stronger every week and now have the skills to perform the necessary PT exercises on my own at home. I still have more work to do to get back to feeling 100% myself (and my age!) again, but investing in my health with Be Transformed has been the best decision I could've made. I highly recommend this office and this team!

  I have been trying to get my teenage son some help with back, neck and hip issues he has had for over six years. We tried several specialists, physical therapy, and even another chiropractor and was never to get any relief from his constant pain.. For the first time today, we have someone who truly understands the root of many of my son’s issues. Dr. Barnard was knowledgeable, thorough, and fantastic at listening and communicating a game plan to help improve his symptoms. We couldn’t be happier!

  Dr. Bernard and staff are amazing. After a comprehensive treatment plan my physical issues and back pain are 95% improved. In addition I have lost 30 pounds and still losing with the Blueprint nutrition plan combined with red light treatments.
