  I’ve only been a member of Valor since September - I met with Coach T after seeing a Facebook ad and immediately knew this place was different than other gyms and other programs! Classes are challenging and ever-changing, Coach T is supportive, motivational and so knowledgeable, always willing to sit with you, always pushing us to be our best selves, and small groups of great folks to work out with. After doing very little for myself for so long, or struggling doing it by myself when I tried, I’ve found my happy place - I’m finally getting stronger and healthier, losing weight, all thanks to Coach T’s gym and program!

  I have finally found a place that offers, not just an incredible work out experience, but a different one EVERY SINGLE TIME. I have been coming here for three months and I have not once had the same workout. However, the experience has always been the same. INCREDIBLE!!! The family atmosphere is felt as soon as you walk in the door. It has been a while since I have been happy and comfortable going to a gym. Valor is way more than a traditional gym experience. I couldn’t be happier. Im getting back into shape and look forward to going to my classes every time. The personal attention to my goals is fantastic. This is the best small group training I have ever had. Come to Valor. You will not be disappointed!!!!

  I also have been going to Valor with coach John for 6 months. This is a great program and he is an awesome coach. I love the workouts and each one is different and challenging. Look forward to every class. If you are looking to get fit and want to break from the traditional gym route, give Valor a try. You won’t regret it.

  John is the best coach. He is up beat always positive and helpfulness with all and any questions and concerns. This is the first time ever that I have been committed and attended a minimum of 3 classes a week. I have joined many gyms in my life only one that I have stuck to for the past 3 months.

  I have been going to Valor for almost 6 months now and LOVE it! Each class is different and challenging and Coach John is the best! He always offers different challenges to keep everyone motivated and engaged. Can’t say enough about John and his gym. I am so happy I joined! Check it out you won’t regret it
