  Tula Yoga is amazing!! I feel so fortunate to have found this lovely studio. Kathy and all the teachers are incredibly talented and always make everyone feel very comfortable and peaceful during the practice.

  I have been practicing yoga with Kathy and all of her teachers for a few years now. They are kind, helpful, so knowledgeable, and always meet me exactly where I am physically and mentally. They consistently remind their students about breathing techniques and the modifications that can be used during any pose. I’ve taken yoga at other studios, and TULA is the best one by far. Try it out! You’ll love it!

  A Tula Yoga Class offers a beautiful all around experience. I leave the classes feeling relaxed in the evening yet energized in the morning. The environment is warm and inviting as are the teachers. They are experienced, knowledgeable and supportive of wherever you are in your yoga journey.

  Tula Yoga is a blessing for me!!! I look forward to each class and know that each practice will leave me feeling better physically and mentally. Kathy’s knowledge and individualized attention help me work through my extremely bad back issues. I highly recommend Tula Yoga!!!

  What a fantastic gem hidden in the hardscrabble club!! I’ve taken classes with 3 different instructors and they each have their own style and they’re absolutely lovely! I was able to take a chakra workshop in the spring which was very informative and helped expand my yoga and meditation practice (the photo is the offering of food that was used to awaken each chakra). I’ve been taking the Saturday morning class which is a nice way to ease into the weekend. The instructors pace the class for those in attendance and offer variations to all the poses for whatever level you are at. They are also offering free outdoor yoga on Tuesdays this summer which is fantastic for those wanting to give yoga a try! I’m so blessed to have found such a welcoming studio with a genuine focus on wellness and health. 🙏🏼
