I have seen over a dozen acupuncturists over the years in Manhattan and now upstate and while some others were very good, no one has come close to Emily. She's incredibly in tune , proactive, and comforting. She utilizes many different techniques outside of just needles for a holistic approach to healing. I instantly felt at ease with her and have gone back several times now. So happy to have found her in Beacon!

After years of not being able to get pregnant I knew I needed a new approach to release blockage and calm my system. With the support of this team through integrated wellness practices (herbs, cupping (!) , Reiki, accupunture & hands-on healing) I was able to fulfill my dream of motherhood.
I feel touched by grace after every session here. -

(June 3, 2022, 11:40 am)Wow, I'm always so blown away at VSAIA's ability to make me feel better, especially after such a life-altering nine months. Their approach to healing and Eastern Medicine just makes sense, and I've never had such an integrated treatment in one visit to a practice. Acupuncture, cupping, chiropractic bone setting, cranial-sacral therapy, Chinese herbs, you name it...And each session is custom-tailored to the patient in need. So you aren't just getting a generic treatment, but instead you're getting the treatment that your body in particular is asking for. So it's different for everyone. I've spent quite some time visiting VSAIA in the past 9 months, because they really know how to get this spine back into alignment. I've struggled with ptsd and some serious agitation of my pelvic region and spine after losing most everything we owned in September when our apartment basically fell in on us. It will be a work in progress, but I can't be any more grateful for the help brought to us from Emily and her team of magicians.

(May 23, 2022, 8:43 pm)Emily has treated me for a multitude of issues ranging from past trauma, headaches, tight muscle spasms,. digestion, etc. Her (and her team) never rush treatments, I always feel deeply cared for, listened to, and get the relief I ask for. Compared to other therapists, their acupuncture technique is SUPER light, so if you are hesitant towards needles, this is the absolutely the perfect intro to getting it done. . I don't know what id do without this place. Thank you!!!
