  I helped my 85 year old mother in law purchase a Sunsetter Awning from Valley Fireplace. Everything went well but had some trouble with the awning itself. The office crew and installation crew couldn't have been more helpful. They responded immediately and replaced the awning free of charge. These people stand behind their work, I would recommend this company and be happy to do business with them again.

  I recently bought a Vermont casting stove, a stainless steel class A chimney and a stainless steel chimney liner. I dealt with Mark the owner his wife and three of his installers Paul, Kelso and Zach.
  
  They have a small but very nice show room with several units on display. Mark was knowledgeable and professional. They came to do the work on the agreed date and did a very professional neat job. His installation crew were polite and took the time to do a nice clean job. They address all of my concerns. The job passed inspection without a problem.
  
  I’m happy that I use them I would recommend Mark and his crew to my friends and family.

  We had Valley Fireplace come out this week to inspect two pellet stoves for us, last minute. Paul was our technician, he was amazing! Very kind, knowledgeable and helpful! Price was great and they were wonderful about fitting us in at the last minute! Thank you so much! Everyone was awesome from the receptionist to the technician!
