She is extremely knowledgeable, patient and a pleasure to work with. She was always in touch with us from the early stages of design, to ordering, delivery and installation… she truly became like family!

It was such a pleasure working with Erica from start to finish. From the minute she stepped into our home, she had a vision and great recommendations. We could not be happier with the final product! Her ideas and style are things that everyone needs for their renovation projects, they just don’t know it yet. Not only is Erica extremely knowledgeable and professional, but she is also super warm and personable. She made us feel special and always had time for a call or chat about the project. We can’t wait to work with Showcase kitchens again and would rate them 6 stars if we could. They say you get what you pay for, but we feel like we got WAY more!
