  I have been seeing Dr. Jody for around 8 years. I have been very happy with Dr. Jody but she is fading out getting ready to retire. This year I was seen by Dr. Chin. Dr. Chin came in the room with out an introduction or even a hello how are you. I guess this is how he treats patients that aren't his. Obviously he saw me as not important cause I heard how he treated his patient across the hall before me and it was very different. Now I don't know what I am going to do in the future. The 4 stars are for Dr. Jody not Dr. Chin. Just remember if not for your patients your practice would be nothing!

  I had a great experience meeting Dr.Frank Chin and his assistant Zoe. They are very professional and listened to all my concerns.I was very comfortable in their office and felt that they truly cared about my health.

  The entire staff is wonderful. All the girls that work there could not have been nicer to me. It was a pleasure. Everyone including the Doctor was dressed up for Halloween. They made a doctors appointment actually fun. I was scheduled at 9:00 and out before 10:00. Dr Halfpenny is great.

  Valley Eye is completely your full service go to eye care. Toni the surgical scheduler was fabulous and made me feel completely comfortable with all aspects of cataract surgery. All office staff was through efficient and above standard. Dr Halfpenny is an excellent surgeon and was highly recommended by my prior ophthalmologist who I used for over 30 years. He promised me when my cataracts were ready for surgery he would recommend someone great and he did. I highly recommend Valley Eye care
