  Excellent customer service from start to finish. I first inquired about a product and Lauren was super helpful walking me through the options and actually finding a better product for me. Scheduling delivery with Christina was super easy and smooth. And then delivery was perfect and the guys even helped me move some of my own gym equipment around. Highly highly recommend! Thank you!!

  I had attempted to find different companies to purchase some of my old equipment and to buy new equipment from but none of them could come through until I found Used Fitness Sales. From the initial communication all the way to delivery and installation, the process was smooth, quick and easy. Lauren the sales the rep was always quick to respond to any questions; and the guys delivering the equipment were super efficient and helpful.

  Lauren's service is second to none. She responded shortly after I inquired about the used Parabody Smith Machine and answered every question I had about the machine and delivery from CT to Long Island. Lauren even continued to help me after the sale and delivery making sure that I was happy with the machine. Buying a used machine that you can't try because it's already disassembled is a tall order but the machine is practically brand new and has far exceeded my expectations so I can't say enough about Lauren and her team at Used Fitness Sales. I look forward to buying more equipment when I'm ready to add to my home gym. Thanks again!!

  I have been purchasing used and refurbished equipment from Mike for many years. After this many years he is a well trusted friend. In the beginning I obviously didn’t know him as well. Literally every single purchase ever has exceeded my expectations by a mile. Today’s purchase may be the crown of them all! A beautiful refurnished stair mill! It’s just awesome! UFS is reliable, trustworthy and prompt! I wish I could give constructive criticism but there just isn’t any to give! They are the best. They have even shipped equipment to friends from all over! Thank you Mike! You are a valued friend and an amazing asset!
