  Recently completed a 10 session on-ramp and now 2 weeks into classes. What I’ve appreciated so far is the informative, professional, detail oriented, and thorough system that they have in place. My coach through the process, Chris, has been incredible at explaining and teaching while being patient and encouraging. Also, the community has been extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming to a newcomer such as myself. Very happy to have found CFO. Take the first step…you’ll feel great about it!

  Dropped in twice over the holidays. Great atmosphere. It is a really cool spot. But more importantly, you can tell the community matters to them. I got fist bumps from majority of the people I did the class with even though I was just a drop in. Highly recommend. If I lived here, CrossFit Override would be my home gym for sure. Karen was especially nice!

  Nick , Marshall, and Eric have done a GREAT job creating an amazing experience for anyone searching for a gym !
  I came to their 6 am class and I had Karen as my coach. She came right over, shook my hand and introduced herself. She never stopped smiling throughout the entire workout either.
  She was giving me tips on my form with the barbell and it helped throughout the workout which was AMAZING. It was exactly what I was looking for.
  They’ve got an incredible staff that make you feel welcome as well as clients that are just as welcoming.
  Come check this place out, it’s worth it !

  I came to CrossFit Override looking for a much needed jumpstart to my fitness after letting it slide a bit. I could not be happier with the results. The most pleasant surprise has been the sense of community that they have here. I have been training with Eric, who is awesome. At the same time Marshall and Nick have been supportive as well, and all the coaches are great. Every member seems to really welcome new people. I highly recommend this place.

  Super friendly, knowledgeable, encouraging, professional and fun staff! Clients are equally as welcoming. Love adding these workouts to my regime. Would highly recommend!!!
