  I joined Urge Fitness in January of 2023 and since becoming a member, I have been super impressed with the personal training and exemplary service I have received.
  -Jalana is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and has really helped me to take my weight training to the next level through her consistent encouragement and motivation. She has also helped me with my nutrition and weight gaining goals.
  -Bryce is also extremely professional, knowledgeable, patient, and always ensures I understand why I am performing each exercise. He creates time to answer my questions and really goes in depth about any fitness topic/exercise I inquire about. Bryce is extremely passionate about helping people to achieve their goals, in fact, I’ve seen him training other clients and have noticed the amazing effort he puts into each of them with their training! He has also helped me a lot with my nutrition and weight gaining journey.
  - I feel very encouraged and supported by both of my trainers and would recommend anyone looking to start or enhance their fitness journey to come to Urge as these two trainers will help you get the results you are seeking! I can’t tell you how much more confident, happy, and how much more energy I have do to this lifestyle change and ongoing support from Bryce and Jalana!
  -Lastly, Janeen at the front desk is always smiling and is ready to answer any questions I have in a kind, professional, friendly manner! I may even take her spin class, she’s definitely got me interested!

  Urge Clementon is phenomenal. I can't say enough wonderful things about its amazing staff. The classes are great the equipment is up to date the hours are perfect. Friendly lively courteous knowledgeable staff. Same for those who patronage the establishment. Come get unfat with the best!! Go Noel Go Jalana GO URGE CLEMENTON!!!

  I am really addicted to this Gym , 24hr access , Biometric door key, amazing classes , and if you sign up 5 people you get a FREE Membership FOR LIFE. Need I say more.!!!!!
