  I have worked with Roger Williams and Enhanced Health and Fitness for the last 2 years. For a man in his 50's like myself Roger has been a godsend on my road back to health and wellness. Enhanced Health and Fitness has helped me with my nutrition and my mental outlook towards working out. His follow up is constant and he is always checking up on you. It is more like a family then a gym who is out to make money. They genuinely care about each and every member and know their story and they help to write the new story! I would recommend them highly over any other gym and I have been to quite a few!

  Rodger is extremely knowledgeable in the fitness world and truly cares about his clients. He individualizes fitness goals based on a persons needs and will begin where you’re at no matter if you’re a beginner or more advanced in your fitness journey. Enhanced Health and Fitness is a welcoming and friendly environment that I highly recommend. 10/10!

  If you’re looking for a trainer who will meet you where you are in your health and fitness journey and will push you to you to new levels, Rodger is your guy. Been working with Rodger since 2020 and can honestly say he’s had me rethink and relearn a lot of what I considered to be truths around fitness. And bonus he’s a great guy and it feels like training with a buddy.

  This is an excellent private gym where I get personalized attention. It’s not some work out off the shelf but somethings that is specific to my needs. My trainer is awesome and often times it’s just us in the gym so there’s a lot of privacy and it’s comfortable, and he listens to my needs which is important. I’ve had great results, especially in my back pain, mobility, knee pain, and general health and weight loss. Cost is affordable and well worth it in comparison to a big box Jeff loaded with people. You definitely should give it a try.

  I've been coming to Rodger for 7 months. I'm so happy with my progress. Rodger writes out your workout for you and all you have to do in show up and do the work. He's right there with you to help with any questions or correct your form. He's very encouraging and supportive. The gym is clean and bright and the environment is very welcoming. I highly recommend joining Enhanced Health and Fitness. This is the first time in my life I actually enjoy going to the gym.
