  I live with Parkinson’s, and I find that Pilates with Christy improves my strength and flexibility, as well as my mood. It challenges me and leaves me with a feeling of accomplishment after every session. Christy is an incredible instructor and a joy to work with.

  I've been taking lessons with Christy since January and she's helped with all the things: posture, strength, flexibility, you name it. She does a wonderful job of curating lessons to where I am and what I need on the day, and it's never a boring workout. I highly recommend her!

  Christy is the best! I love taking Pilates with her. She is thorough, thoughtful and knowledgeable about the body. I appreciate her attention to detail when we work together. Prior to working with Christy, I often had lower back pain. Ever since I began doing pilates with her, nada!
  Not only is Christy a great Pilates teacher, but she is super sweet and so much fun!

  I love weekly Pilates with Christy. I’ve been a certified yoga instructor for over twenty years, but needed a little deeper core strength. Not only is Christy knowledgeable, she makes the class fun.

  I just began taking private sessions with Christy and really enjoy them. She’s knows EVERYTHING about Pilates. We go at my pace and skill level. It’s always a good time and great exercise. Highly recommend!
