(July 24, 2023, 12:10 pm)Very nice yoga class. It was called power yoga but I would not have classified it as such. Instructor was sweet. There were critters crawling around which makes it a little scary to be doing yoga on the floor, especially if you want to close your eyes. It also smelled like Marijuana heavily until the instructor ran the fan.

(July 7, 2021, 5:13 pm)The Chi hive is a sanctuary for wellness and fitness, great yoga, weight training and pilates. Im at an age that fitness really matters so this place keeps me on that track! they now do Aireal Yoga too. Susan, Ryan , Ronnie & Christy are all amazing teachers.

Susan, the instructor, tailors movements according to my needs and the needs of other students. I highly recommend this class, especially for those who believe that they aren't able to do yoga. Give it a try. You'll love it!
