  As we are getting older we have realized that how we use to work out doesn’t have the same affect on certain parts of our body and we wanted to be in good shape for when we got older and for those grandchildren (that will hopefully come in the future) so we can do fun things with them. We finally made the decision to reach out to someone to help us with our overall wellness/fitness which was at the beginning of 2023. Coach Mark has been amazing, even though we live in different states and use the virtual option it still feels like he is right there with us. Working with Coach Mark is not only about the exercising and fitness it is about the over all wellness of your life in all areas. He practices, teaches and sets an example in his AMEN principles and his core values – faith, fitness, fundamentals, family/friends/fellow man, and fun. The workouts are definitely challenging, fun, always different each day/month, and he sees everything you do even if you are virtual 😉. In addition to the workouts he has daily mindset messages, weekly bulletins and monthly recorded workouts if you cannot do live or virtual. Best of all is who Coach Mark is as a person – he really cares about us and wants to help in any way he can in every area of our life because that is what he loves the ultimate wellness of each of us.   The workouts at Ultimate Wellness are challenging, high energy and fun! The variety is awesome and works the entire body. The daily motivational emails and positive mindset are a key component to the program; improving mental and physical health simultaneously. If you're looking to try something different or add some motivation back into your routine I highly recommend Ultimate Wellness.

  I have been a member of Ultimate Wellness for 2 years.
  Joining Ultimate Wellness was the best decision I ever made. Coach Mark motivates us to be the best. He sends us daily Mind Set messages which keep our mental health strong. Our work outs at the UW LAB keep us fit. The persons at the LAB are younger and older persons. I am 65 years old and some of my LAB partners are much younger. This is a place where young or old, you feel confident when you work out . I have been working out for 20 plus years and never felt better about the decision I made to join the Ultimate Wellness Family. Thank you Coach Mark for all you do for us.

  Ultimate Wellness is an all around great place to work out. Mark creates workouts that help work different muscles at each session. During the sessions Mark is constantly watching you workout whether you are in the Lab or at home to make sure you are doing it correctly and getting the most out of it each time. Doesn't matter what time you go he is energetic and super nice. I highly recommend you try it out .

  I’ve had such an amazing experience so far at Ultimate Wellness! Coach Mark and the staff are super motivating and friendly! In the Blast program they provide full body workouts in a supportive group setting and always take the time to adjust exercises to meet individuals’ health needs. I look forward to continuing my health journey with Ultimate Wellness!!
