  I am 68 and started running 5K three times a week during the pandemic. I began to have trouble with pain in my right leg and hip. I came to Penn Therapy because I had been treated there for before for shoulder problems. Tracey began working with me to get back to running. After a short time I was training for 5K again. Tracy took the feedback I gave her about my experiences while training to analyze specific areas in my core muscles and prescribe exercises that would strengthen the areas that needed to be stronger to support my legs while running. She also watched me run and gave me exercises to correct bad form as well. Tracy and the entire staff at Penn Therapy also understand how important mental support is. Tracey constantly encourages me in my goals and the whole staff makes you feel like family. I cannot say enough about what a great practice they have at Penn T! If you are hurt and want to heal and get your life back, come here. (They also are working on my trigger finger with the same success.)

  Amazing operation!! Meghan and Bob r awesome . They both helped me with my issues and both are great at listening and getting you in a right program. Andrew was also great at helping me set up for my exercises. Donna was also helpful at setting up my appointments and checking my insurance . I don’t know why anyone would try any other physical therapy operation.

  Penn Therapy has been the best experience I have ever had with Therapy . Bob Otto is the best he has taken me from not believing therapy would help to definitely a believer. And the staff from the front desk to the therapist Aides are amazing. I would recommend Penn therapy to everyone

  Bob is the BEST Physical Therapist! He has helped me with knee, foot and wrist injuries a Thanks to Bob I was able to resume playing softball and Volleyball. The staff at Penn Therapy are very kind and caring! I HIGHLY recommend Penn Therapy for all your PT needs!

  I have been a patient of Penn Therapy for several years for various orthopedic issues. Bob Otto my physical therapist and the entire staff has always been the best support system anyone could ask for. Thanks to them I'm able to continue my active lifestyle. They are great ! Joanne M.
