(August 10, 2023, 11:06 pm)Crissy is MAGIC! She was so excited to do a transformation when I said I wanted to go from copper to blonde and she did this in ONE session! She is so amazing at what she does and makes you feel so comfortable while in her chair. Ulta is sooo lucky to have a stylist like Crissy working for them.

(July 24, 2023, 11:00 am)My sister booked me a haircut and hair straightening at the Ulta Salon, and honestly can say my hair has not looked this good before! Growing up in the amherst/Hadley area, it was very hard to find people who could handle my type of hair, but Crissy was an expert at it! They made me feel comfortable and welcome, and most important of all, was a wizard with my hair as you can see the side by side in the pic. 100% recommended! It does suck that pricing is a little high and straightening + blowout is separate charges but spent $99 and was well worth it. Was skeptical going in but left amazed. The other stylist did a great job as well and both her and crissy did a great job at making their clients feel beautiful + super nice and personable.

(July 22, 2023, 9:08 pm)I made an appointment at Ulta for hair coloring and a cut, and I chose that salon for one reason: Christian, the stylist. I've followed them from the beginning of their professional career until now and, I anticipate, beyond! Christian is kind and caring and is a great listener. They want to satisfy their customers completely and never rush.
Christian's great!
The only reason I gave Ulta 4 stars instead of 5 is because prices at the salon are high. -

Previously, getting my haircut was always a stressful experience. I never really felt like hairdressers understood what I wanted and, since I have to remove my glasses to get my hair done, I didn't know until it was over.
I first went to Chrissy many years ago, they could sense that I was nervous and they did everything to make sure I had a comfortable experience. Since then, seeing Chrissy feels like hanging out with a friend who just happens to give amazing haircuts. They are always excited to explore styles, they always check in to make sure you are getting the style you want, and you are sure to love the results.

She is the best communicator and very knowledgeable as a hair and makeup stylist. I’m so happy for ULTA that they get to have a serious hair salon professional to represent their business! Thank you Crissy for going above and beyond for me and making me feel comfortable and seen. Pic attached is when I went from 5 year blondie to ginger spice copper in the fall and I LOVED IT!!!
