I was pressed for time and was in town for a short period of time for work and Denise did everything in her power to make me happy. She really is an incredible human being!

Clearly the quality wasn't there. Denise at the outlet store in riverhead was an amazing salesperson. Bag was 195.00, she found discounts and I bought it for 117.00. 5 year warranty too. Thank you.
