I came in to pick up a replacement international carry-on and walked out with a new matching backpack as well. Both were monogrammed for me in a matter of minutes and the sales rep found me new (non-display) ones in the back.
Nice selection, clean, and no pressure. Definite win for luggage shopping! -

We stayed there for so long because we could not decide which color and size to buy but they helped us by opening the suitcases and showing us the inside and how it looked. So we could decide on which suitcase we liked the best! It was great customer service.
