  I love this studio! I have been practicing here since January. I love the variety of classes offered from yin yoga to a sculpt and tone. All of the teachers are amazing! I love the barre class with Lauren and the warm Pilates with Danielle and the slow flow with Leah!

  This place is great...from the moment you enter they are warm, welcoming and professional. Just finished a few private classes with Danielle and feel so much more at ease with movements and learning the practice in general!

  I have been coming here for a few years now. I've done their sound bath workshops which are intense but incredible. And I love love love the aerial yoga on tuesday and Thursday nights! If you're thinking about taking a class I highly recommend. Staff is super nice and helpful. Studio is beautiful and clean. I want to work here!

  I LOVE this studio. They are welcoming, provide a nice variety of yoga styles if you're like me and need to mix it up, and have something for beginners and power yogis alike. Many yoga studios I have been to in the past have been intimidating and almost a competitive feel, which is so not the yoga lifestyle, this one is postive and comfortablem. Plus, they are always have really cool workshops.

  This studio is absolutely perfect. They have a wide variety of classes to keep me challenged and intrigued. All of the instructors and absolutely amazing and make the experience of yoga challenging, while comforting. If you haven't tried this studio, you need to!
