  Very clearly defined process from onboarding to offboarding. I enjoyed living in this community. Very peaceful and beautiful surrounding, sufficient parking slots and more. Especially I liked maintenance, I just call 24/7 complaint number for any issue and get the issue resolved without any delay/pain. Good community in all aspects. It would be wonderful if they can alter and provide in unit laundry.

  We LOVE Troy Hills Village! My husband and I have been residents for a year and a half and our experience has been nothing but pleasant and positive. The front office is always so helpful and prompt when it comes to answering questions or concerns. The maintenance team is absolutely phenomenal as well! They are quick, courteous and clean when fixing an issue, which isn't often. Some of them, we'd even call friends! Our courtyards and parking lots are kept clean, our sidewalks are salted at the first sign of snow, and being able to see updates constantly being made makes it clear that Troy Hills Village really wants to create the best experience for their residents! Everyone at Troy Hills Village has been kind, pleasant and truly helps our apartment feel like "home".

  It is our First Rental home after moving to USA. We are very much happy after moving to Troy Hills Village and feeling like our own home. Staff is also very Co-operative.
  Apartment is so good and ambience too. Very Spacious and community is also good. Only one thing that in our apartment floor is of Wooden, and so many places its making noise when we walk. Sometimes it concerns the neighbour.
