  Alex was so helpful and nice with handling our application and questions! Honestly she was a fallen angel being that we were looking for an apartment within two weeks before our previous lease was due! Thank you Alex!

  A little story. I applied for an apartment for my friend who is 78 years old who was selling her house. The person I spoke with was the Alex(Alexandra) who is the leasing agent and was the key person responsible for my friend getting an apartment at Knoll Gardens. I completed the application but my friend was rejected based on the credit report. I spoke with Alex and explained that all of my friend's bills were paid, from the sale of her house, but the credit companies did not show it yet. Alex spoke with the credit dept and they asked that I provide proof. The attorney provided proof and Alex sent it to the credit company which is an independent company. Credit company did not see the information on the form. To ensure that my friend gets the apartment, Alex gave me the number to the credit person who was expecting my call. I told her where to find the info and that did it. I received a call from Alex 10 minutes later and she got the apartment. Many agents would have just said, sorry you did not get the apt. but not Alex. The only apt available was a second floor apt.
  The week after, I met Alex and was given a tour of the apt by the super. Another very nice person. As we were looking, I said it is too bad we could not get her a first floor apt. The apt. was very nice and when we went back to Alex, she said a walk-in apt just became available. I guess the super mentioned, what we discussed, to Alex. I said if we can get it, we will take it. It was a Friday and Alex needed to talk to her manager but believed there would be no problem. On Monday, I spoke with Alex and my friend, who is 78, got the walk in apt with an earlier date, which is what we wanted.
  For me, Alex certainly exceeded my expectations. For Alex, this is probably normal for her. Great work.

  So happy and great full to be moving here to Knolls Garden this upcoming summer. The apartments are spacious comfy, and the landscaping around the complex is so beautiful. The staff here seem to always keep the community clean, maintenance, and safe. Marina provided great help on setting me up with the tour and lease of my apartment and I feel confident happy and looking forward to be a tenant to Knolls Garden. Thank you to the staff and Marina! I appreciate your time, help. and patience.
