  Highly skilled PT’s that create a personalized plan and provide 1 on 1 attention. I’ve made immense progress on my long neglected shoulder injury in a pretty short time. I’m going to continue working with Pat and Ant until I feel 100%. Highly recommended!

  I highly recommend Trinidad Physical Therapy for any type of rehab or physical therapy you need. The 1-on-1 sessions are unmatched. Every single session I've had has been super productive, informative, and fun. Hands down the best!

  I was extremely happy with the services received, and very happy with the end result of our sessions. I went to Pat after months of "rehabbing" an ACL reconstruction. I was not seeing the results that I needed and figured I would give Trinidad Physical Therapy a go. What made the services so awesome is that Dr. Trinidad cared about my goals just as much as I did and pushed me tremendously. Each session was a progression towards getting back to where I was pre injury. I loved how intense and focused the sessions were because I have never experienced physical therapy being an actual workout. I would recommend Trinidad Physical Therapy to anyone and everyone who has the slightest thought in their mind that they may need PT or just want to improve overall performance.

  I recommend Pat’s care to all athletes and active individuals. I see Pat at least once a week to address any imbalances or areas of weakness that may lead to injury. As someone who trains 5-6 times a week, I am very prone to injuries. However, I can maintain this active lifestyle because of work I put in each week under Pat’s guidance and care.

  Dr. Trinidad completely changed how I view physical therapy. From chronic knee pain and fear of doing certain exercises to avoid pain, I am now more confident in the gym. The one-on-one hour with the doctor is nothing you have experienced in regular physical therapy these days! I feel valued and heard as a client. I recommend Trinidad Physical Therapy to anyone with or without injuries.
