  Leo was absolutely wonderful, patient and knowledgeable. Our ac was not turning on, it was late when I called and he sat to troubleshoot our thermostat and fan unit over the phone for well over an hour...when he didn't have to. He determined we were not getting power to our panel. Recommended we call a heating and cooling professional and sure enough he was right on all points unfortunately he didn't provide the service we needed so we hired someone and sure enough just as he said. Happy to say we're up and running. Thank you Leo for your relentless help and patience when you had nothing to gain. We sure need more ppl like you! I'm saving your info should we need your services

  Highly Recommended Electrician in Edison Are.
  We are so happy to hire Niel to install electric car charger at our home. He was very professional throughout the entire process and his team did an absolute amazing job. He also helped obtain the permit from town.
  Going forward, Trip Star Electric will be our solution for any type of electric work.

  I highly recommend Tri Starr Electric. Neil is accessible, responsive, professional, and most importantly knowledgeable about electrical repairs.
  
  I called Neil the morning we had an electrical outage, and he was available to come over within the hour. He arrived on time and was able to quickly assess and resolve the issue within 20 minutes. He also showed me how to address the issue on my own next time.
  
  Later that evening, we had another outage and Neil was able to come over the next day, a Saturday, to make the repair. He didn't charge us for the repair, which is very generous. Neil also shared with us how to request a rebate for EV charger installations and was more informative than the electrician that installed the EV charger.
  
  Overall, Neil offers great service and truly cares about his clients. He's going to be my go to electrian going forward.

  We highly recommend Neil & his team. We had light fixtures replaced in our kitchen, deck area and basement. He is extremely through, professional and did an excellent job completing our job. We will use his services again.
