(April 28, 2022, 8:23 pm)While traveling from out of state we noticed our tow hitch seemed to have alot of play where it connected to the receiver on our RV. We stopped at Trailers of New England and without an appointment Pat evaluated it and said it was just normal loosening. We asked if our tank could be filled with propane Pat then topped off the tank. We paid in the office with Kristen. There was no charge for the hitch evaluation. Inadvertently I left my credit card in the office. Kristen called the credit card company and asked them to notify us and she would keep the card secure. So thankful to Pat and Kristen for good, fair and HONEST service. We'll definitely return here for future services

To me it was like his way or no go.
Nice guy but don't try to sell me something I been doing with out for year's and other than once I never had a problem so not worth the extra $600 hundred dollers -

(August 5, 2017, 8:00 pm)There were very helpful people there from the woman who greeted me at the counter to Steve who came up from the back to talk to me about my older trailer. There were also some very nice new trailers in stock there of very high quality. They had Parts in stock that none of the other trailer dealers in the area had. I needed an Atwood coupler kit and they had both that one and the newer style in stock.
