  I bought my hearing aids back in October 2021. Since I’ve had them I’ve needed to have a looked at twice. Jim was very good meeting me down on Wilbraham Street right away. The first time he sent the hearing aid back to be replaced. The second time which is July 14, 2023. He had me come to see him at the office on Wilbraham Street and he took care of the problem. He has the right equipment and they know how to do the job. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs hearing aids. Jim and I thank you.

  James is a wonderful person as well as very competent and caring audiologist. He has been there for me every-time I needed help with the hearing aids I bought from him!

  Jim Caldarola (one of the owners) is without question one of God's true gentlemen. He runs his business as though every customer is a family member or a friend. Jim's compassion, kindness and concern for his clientele is genuine and without equal, in the entire western Mass. area.
