(August 22, 2023, 10:09 am)Eric was great! He was helpful and very knowledgeable! 2 thumbs up. So this is an update. The guys that worked in the service department weren't helpful. I asked if they could put my tires in my car, and they never did. I ended up doing it myself. They didn't set my information on my dash so that I could see if I had the proper air in my tires. When I called back, I was told to give it a day or 2 and it should set itself. It didn't also was told that it's not something that is that important the car will still be okay but I didn't bring it like that and I want it fixed the way it suppose to be. I bought new tires and rims. Almost 2900 dollars. My husband ended up taking it back and the corrected the problem

(August 11, 2023, 4:28 pm)As a heads up this location is extremely busy all the time so prepare to wait patiently for a while or bring a buddy who can drive you home while you wait. However, despite being overwhelmed these guys maintain professionalism and great customer service. Every time we have come in to this location, Eric, the manager, makes sure everyone is taken care of and works his tail off. I had not gotten the name of the young man who initially helped us out today but he was personable and ensured we got the best deal available on quality tires.

(July 31, 2023, 5:55 pm)I walked in late on Monday to get a tire filled with some air before hitting the highway and Edwin took me right away. As he was checking all my tires I asked him about sensors since my father didn’t get the sensors updated when he switched the tires front to back. Edwin stepped up and was able to fix that for me!! Fantastic! Thank you!!

I didn’t purchase on my initial visit, but made sure when I was ready I came back to him specifically. Thank you again for everything and will continue my business with Darby at Town Fair Tire in East Hartford. He is knowledgeable and a great asset to this location!!!
