  Ricardo is amazing! We have been to town fair tire many times over the years. Each time we have been to town fair tire. Ricardo has been very upfront in regards to the work that needs to get completed. The service we receive has always been impeccable.

  I have been going to Town Fair Tire in Derby,CT for many years, and I am always satisfied! The workers there, Ricardo, and Noah were so attentive as soon as I walked in to discuss why I was there , which was due to a screw in my tire. Both Ricardo and Noah are extremely kind and pleasant and very patient and just right away they are so willing and eager to fix any issue I have with my car. I have also gone to other places, but nothing compares to Town Fair Tire in Derby!! Ricardo and Noah first great with a smile and want to know what the issue is and will help in anyway that they can and most importantly, very patient and kind!! Town Fair Tire and their workers stand by their word, and I always walk out satisfied and happy!!!! Thank you so much for another great experience, Ricardo and Noah and of course, TFT in Derby,CT!!!

  I recently purchased my third set of tires from TFT in Derby, and I have been a loyal customer of theirs for quite some time. The Derby store is an excellent establishment, although it can get busy at times, so it requires a bit of patience. The team at TFT takes their time with each customer and vehicle, ensuring that no mistakes are made and that every customer receives their undivided attention. This approach allows customers to select the right tires without feeling rushed. If the store is crowded and it's not an urgent situation, I suggest returning at a later time if you prefer not to wait. TFT consistently offers the most competitive prices, and the quality of their workmanship is always exceptional. When you visit, I highly recommend asking for Ricardo. While I'm sure all the staff members are competent and friendly, Ricardo has never failed to provide excellent service.

  I had a nail go through my tire and was told by a competitor of theirs that I needed at least one new tire. Isaiah said they would look at it and do whatever they could to fix the tire instead of having to buy a new one. He made sure it was taken care of immediately and it ended up just needing a patch! I am very grateful and appreciative to Isaiah and everyone at Town Fair Tire in Derby! Thank you!!

  Joey D did an excellent job when we needed to purchase tire’s for our Acura! Joey D was so explanatory to us on the new tires we purchase! Never knew how a tire was different from other’s!! Is a diffrent variety buying tire’s.. Joey D put our new wheel’s on and we are so happy with the quality!! He is awesome.. I highly recommend him, and trust him 100%!!
