Tower Health Urgent Care - Levittown

I had my first virtual visit with Tower after having gone to the Kennett Square location in person a handful of other times. Obviously, there are limits to what can be addressed during a virtual visit, but the website provides a good overview of what qualifies. I had to create an account which only took about 5 minutes and was very straightforward. Then I was on a Zoom with a provider within the next 15 minutes. I really appreciated how fast and easy it was! The provider was a good listener and really wanted to help. I was able to use my camera to show her the areas of concern. She sent in the prescriptions I needed, and I was thrilled to be able to accomplish everything from the comforts of my home. I’ll definitely use Tower’s virtual services again. I also had good experiences in person at the Kennett Square location, but it’s hard to beat the much shorter wait time and efficiency of a virtual visit.

The receptionist was quick and efficient. Our wait time was relatively short and the doctor saw as quickly. We were in and out and under an hour for my daughter's ear infection. They gave us a prescription and asked if we wanted it sent electronically or wanted it printed out. It was a great experience.

Such an amazing place. My daughter stuck a piece of copper tubing onto her finger which we could not pull out at home. We found this place online since they were open until 9pm. and they treated her immediately. The staff were extremely helpful and they did not focus on paperwork like other urgent care facilities do and even better they did not even ask for any payment or insurance information. Humanity in action in medical field. Thank you for remind our family that there is still hope for a humane approach in medical field. I very much appreciate your help.
