  TL:DR - Wonderful staff, high-tech eye care!
  
  First and foremost, they do not put drops in your eyes to dilate them. That is a gold star right off the bat. But we'll get to that later.
  
  Making an appointment was easy by phone. The staff during the call, when I came in, and during my exams were absolutely wonderful, helpful, knowledgeable folks. While I waited for my turn, I browsed the many frames available for glasses - they ranged from affordable, to wow that's a car payment - so something for everyone.
  
  The preliminary exams were high-tech, and as I mentioned, they don't have to dilate your eyes to do them. The future is HERE! The employee helping me through those exams was great; explaining what each was for, and what they would be like. There's even one where you put on a VR-style helmet; it was like playing a video game - with your EYES. They made sure every exam went smoothly, and digitally sent it all to the doctor for review.
  
  After a brief wait again, the doctor came in, and showed me all of the results from my exams. I really appreciated this, because it was the first time an eye doctor actually showed me what my eyes look like inside, and what it means. This made me feel much more aware of my optical health, and where my sight might be going in the future. Then he performed the classic eye exams involving the lenses and "put your chin here, look through here, and read the top line, please. Which is better? One? Or two? About the same?"
  
  Since I was there for contact lenses, he got me a trial pair in my prescription, and we did the exam again. They fit perfectly, and I could see great. Though I ordered them through the shop, he gave me a bunch of pairs to take home with me to hold me over until my order came in. The front desk staff made sure to give me all the paperwork needed for a rebate they told me about - so that saved me $150. (Thank you!)

  I love Total Eyecare, no matter which location I go to. Everyone is very nice, helpful, and informative. The care I receive is top-notch. They have state of the art equipment, which makes the eye appointment so much more comprehensive. I highly recommend any Total Eyecare location!!!

  As always, my appointment was on time and everyone is kind and efficient. The doctors are very thorough and explain everything in layman's terms. I've used them for regular exams as well as an emergency visit. Every experience was top notch.

  Everyone in this office is amazing. The girls at the front desk and Dr Ripp are kind , compassionate, and do all that they can to make sure each patient is comfortable and happy! They sincerely want every customer to be 100% satisfied. I have recently decided to give contacts a try and they have worked with me every step of the way, from teaching me how to get them in and out to repeated visits to get the contacts that were just right for me.
