  The exceptional staff has always made it a good experience no matter how many tests I have to take or picking out new glasses I have always been very pleased. Even when I'm traveling if I have a question about my eyes they are happy to get back to me and answer any questions. Dr Audlin and Dr Ripps have never made me feel rushed. Jim who is there well over 20 years has always been very patient and helpful with my selection of glasses and the same with helping my husband. Lewis and Kayla along with the other staff will always go out of their way to make you comfortable. I can't say enough about this practice. I highly recommend it to anyone near one of their locations.

  Friendly staff and Dr. Kim was so nice to me during exam. She took her time to explain everything to me. I was nervous but she put my mind at ease with her kind words and patience. The optical shop was also VERY helpful when i needed to pick out frames..I would highly recommend Total eyecare..

  I've been going to Total Eyecare frequently over the last 2 months, and everyone there is very kind and friendly. Whenever I've needed an urgent appointment I've been seen very quickly. Dr Audlin has been fantastic since the very first time I saw her. She realized pretty quickly that my eye problem was actually caused by an autoimmune issue. Thanks to her, I was able to get the appropriate testing, and now I'm being treated. I really can't thank Dr Audlin enough. I would definitely recommend Total Eyecare to anyone!

  It was my first visit at Total Eyecare, Lake Hopatcong. I was there for a routine eye exam and for a new pair of glasses. The place was immaculate and the entire staff was extremely helpful, friendly and sensitive to my needs. There was absolutely no waiting time. My routine exam was extremely thorough and all the high tech equipment they use just blew my mind. Doctors Kim was knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. There were plenty of choices for eye ware. I thought the price for my pair of progressives with transition lens was very reasonable. I highly recommend Total Eyecare. They definitely live up to their high Google ratings.
