I just had to take the time out today to acknowledge The sales person, Chris Romano. He was absolutely wonderful.
Genuinely had my family’s best interests in mind. Meticulous, knowledgeable and extremely patient with my millions of questions and concerns.
I have multiple home renovation projects going on at the moment. Not one salesperson, nor Contractor has made me feel more at ease. I truly appreciate the pleasant, low pressure approach he had.
I have spent the last several weeks under lots of stress, trying to decide on material for this bathroom. For the first time in weeks I feel an immense amount of relief! THANK YOU!!! -

(June 29, 2023, 3:50 pm)I had to reschedule my installation twice, the first time because the product was cracked, and the second because the wrong one was ordered. However they maintained frequent contact and follow ups throughout the entire process.
When they came to install, they were very professional and again frequently updated me on the progress. Everything looks neat and clean. I would recommend them, I believe accidents during shipping aren’t their fault. -

(June 22, 2023, 8:28 pm)Dalton and Carlos were the installers who went above and beyond paying attention to every detail.I highly recommend Total Bath Systems over all the rest that are out there.I looked into 4 companies before deciding on Total Bath Systems.These guys were flawless and the company called every day to see how the work was progressing.Questions were answered promptly. Anyone considering a Bath remodel go with these guys..Ask for Dalton and Carlos to be your installers because they are the best!
