  Ferdinand was in my neighborhood, and I happened to need a plumber to look at a leaky hot water heater. I asked him to take a look and he was happy to do so even though it was about 6 pm and he was clearly about to call it a day and head home. Ferdinand quickly identified my issue and even offered to repair it that night if I was worried about it. The leak was slow and had been going on for months, so I was cool with waiting until tomorrow. Ferdinand had a job in the morning but told me he'd be back at my house at 2 pm. Next day, Ferdinand shows up exactly at 2 pm and jumps right on the job. He finishes the job, cleans up the water and charges me exactly what we discussed. Amazing work. The next day, Ferdinand follows up on the job to make sure there were no issues while the hot water heater was filling back up and repressuring the lines in the house. Of course, everything was fine, but I really respect his commitment to making sure everything was as expected and that I was completely satisfied with the work he did. This is a FIVE STAR plumber with fair pricing and a commitment to quality fast service. I highly recommend Top Notch Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs.

  Typically a weekend warrior, I decided to drain a bucket of water out of my gas water heater to clear the sediment. Got quite a bit of debris out, however, some grit got wedged into the OEM Bradford White drain valve and I experienced a pretty heavy drip. Weekend warrior fail. I threw a brass cap on it and called Top Notch Plumbing who was local to Forks twsp. I explained the situation and Ferdinand came out quickly, drained the water heater and replaced the drain valve with a nicer, meatier valve for future draining. Very responsive, polite and talented plumber. Price was very reasonable! He also called back at the end of the day to check-in to see if I had hot water and everything was satisfactory. Highly recommend!

  I called Ferdinand late one night for an emergency on my water heater. He responded in great time and was able to find the replacement parts that night I definitely would recommend him to my neighbors and friends thank you Ferdinand.
