  This company is great. They're very reasonable and down to earth. Most importantly, they're honest. They didn't lie to me about my HVAC system, and they didn't try to upsell me. I won't hesitate to call them again in the future.

  Albanese Contracting did an excellent job replacing my HVAC system. The system I had previously was original to the home (+-30yrs old), and in desperate need of replacement. It could no longer keep up with the cold Pennsylvania winters.
  
  Michael was prompt and knowledgeable. He provided me with an estimate and was able to complete the replacement in short order. We went from attempting (and failing) to keep our home warm with the old system and our fireplace, to warm and cozy in a matter of hours with our new system.
  
  I have a smart thermostat that allows me to view my HVAC system runtimes. Our system went from running 18-24hrs a day attempting and failing to maintain the desired temperature, to running 3-6hrs a day and easily maintaining the temperature (66 degrees).
  
  Not only did Albanese keep our home warm in below freezing temperatures, they saved us money on our UGI bill in the process. I can't thank Michael and Albanese Contracting enough. I can sleep well at night knowing my family is comfortable and warm.

  For plumbing and electrical repairs or installations, Albanese E & M are just the best. Difficult conversion and replacement of old fuel furnace with new gas fired steam boiler was nothing short of spectacular; the entire basement was put in excellent order. Also small bath on 3rd floor of 100+ year old Easton townhouse was perfectly installed. Their craftmanship is of highest quality.

  I found this family when I moved in to my new home last year and instantly realized I had serious electrical problems. They came out immediately and spent two days making sure my home, and family, were safe! We were so impressed, we hired them back this spring to install a new central A/C system. They said they'd be done the installation in three days. I was skeptical, but didn't mind as I could have afforded longer if needed. By lunch time on day three my house was cleaned up, I had been trained on how to use my new system, and they were driving away! They're not cheap, but they are very reasonable. And, when you consider the fact that they do everything right the first time, I feel even better. They are honest, straight forward, good listeners, and very understanding. I only wish all contractors did their work with this level of professionalism. Thanks to the Albanese family, my family is safe and cool! Thank you!
