  I initially went to Coastal Chiropractic for neck issues. While going over my x-rays etc. My TMJ came up. When Dr. Mirante said he could help with that too, I was skeptical. I have not had an issue with TMJ for years now. I am always telling people what great results I've had with Chiropractic care.

  I consider myself extremely lucky to have found Dr. Mirante & his team. When I first learned TMJ was to blame for my constantly fatiguing, aching, and tight jaw, it felt like there was little I could do & not much expertise to go to for help. Shortly after starting treatment at Coastal Chiropractic, I knew I’d found a place that could actually correct my problem. Within just 60 days, my jaw’s mobility was the best it’d been in years. I soon learned my TMJ issues had likely led to migraines and my ear clogging up. After my TMJ treatment, the amount of migraines I will get over the year dropped SIGNIFICANTLY. To anyone suffering from TMJD, there’s no one I’d recommend before Dr. Mirante.

  Dr. Keith Mirante has worked miracles on my neck area & Jaw! He has done such fabulous work, after he adjusts my jaw I feel so much relief in my jaw and I notice im not clenching as much or have as much headaches. I love this practice they have definitely changed my life! I definitely recommend coming here for all your adjustment and pain needs! They are awesome!

  I looked for a long time to find help With my TMJ and I went to a medical doctor and he said I would have to pay $4000 for Botox for the pain because he felt after giving me inflammation medicine and muscle spasm medication there was nothing more he.could do for me and he had no payment strictly cash. I had been rear ended in an accident and I wanted to be out of pain but $4,000 was to much money. I was scared to go to a Chiropractor because I read about strokes that clients were getting. I looked online and I wanted the best TMJ specialist I could find. Since I already went to a doctor that claimed he was a TMJ specialist in West Hartford, CT. I did not want anyone in that area. Plus there really are t too many to choose from. One doctor I. Alex and emailed him and called never wrote back, however coastal Chiropractor did answer and I met Keith who is one of the three doctors there and I had X-rays and saw how bad off I was and they had payments that were affordable. I travel from Enfield,CT. To Madison 3 times a week and it is 60 miles each way and I can testify it is well worth it. The three doctors are compassionate and take their work seriously. I have learned the value of drinking water because the cushion between the disks are made spongy because of it. The care and kindness of the staff is exceptional! I would not waste a half tank of gas each time I go if it was not!
