  Coastal Chiropractic is a shoreline gem. As a busy mom I appreciate the accommodating, friendly nature of the office and staff. After receiving their care I have noticed huge changes to my health including decreased neuropathy, increase in mobility and less need for medication to control headaches and pains.

  Extremely professional...but most importantly friendly!!! Always accommodating for scheduling or rescheduling; extremely clean office but not a sterile atmosphere. The Doctors and staff are very attentive to the needs of their clients. I would highly recommend Coastal Chiropractic to anyone in need of chiropractic care!!!!!

  I can’t even begin to express how much Coastal Chiropractic has changed my life for the better. As a busy mom of 3 little kids under 6 years old, I had put myself on the back burner and ignored lower back/sciatic pain for years. I had no idea how much it was negatively affecting all aspects of my health and well-being until I started my treatment plan and my pain began to disappear and literally everything has improved. Dr. Mirante and his crew are incredible. They are kind, friendly, super knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. It is obvious that they all genuinely care about everyone who walks through the door and strive to help people heal the way the body was designed to. Coming here has been the best decision I have made for myself, just wish I did it sooner!

  I love Coastal Chiropractic and Wellness. It’s because of this great group of doctors and staff that I am able to pickup my 2 year old grandson and six year old granddaughter and love on them. They have always been there for everything from back issues to shoulder issues and even help releasing my ear pressure from an ear infection. It’s hard getting older but they are there to help me heal and keep moving. Many thanks 😊
