  Nothing fussy or pretentious about j's --- they are relaxed and friendly and really seem to love what they do. It's an overused phrase but they DO treat you like family -- in a good way! The person in the office saw that my back bumper looked a bit rugged and with the entire rest of the car looking like new, called to see if I'd like them to replace that. I know that seems like a little thing but it was the thought that I might want to do it and the totally un-pressured 'ask' --- like you might ask your mom or a good friend. I was so happy they did ask. I wouldn't have thought of it and when I picked up my car, they had not only done that but also a bunch of little things to make the car look like new. They did an absolutely fantastic job. They are really nice people and do great work.

  TJ's took excellent care of my Subaru Crosstrek. Their bid for the work was competitive and the results were like new! Not to mention, when we picked the car up it had been detailed inside and out. It looked better than when we drove it off of the showroom floor. Also, the young woman at the desk was empowered with information and decision making. All around our experience was excellent.

  Incredibly professional, polite, informative, interactive & respectful. This was my 1st experience using TJ's and I highly recommend their services. My Terrain looks just as it did the 1st day I drove it off the lot. Even with the delays TJ's faced with receiving parts, they kept me informed in each step of my repairs. Customer service was extremely polite and could not be more apologetic for the extra day or 2 it took to complete the work. Satisfied is an understatement to use when discussing TJ's. They are a go to company for me in the future!!

  TJ's worked seamlessly with me and the insurance company after the back of my car took a hit from another driver.
  I was left with a dent and many scratches that were just an eye-sore. Today my car looks great, the paint job blends perfectly but at the same time it looks so good that I'm almost convinced I want other areas of my car touched up now.
  Their customer service team is very friendly, helpful, and flexible, especially Liz, who I spoke to through most of the process.
  They also cleaned the interior as a courtesy and I could really see and feel the difference!! That was such a nice touch and pleasant surprise.
  I will definitely return to TJ's if needed and recommend them to those I know!
